Thank you affnan! i have enjoyed reading your blog. i live in east texas(usa)and have recently started building an indoor aquaponics system. your "bell siphon" is very simular to the siphons used in septic systems around where i live(but on a smaller scale!),i will try to construct the same siphon using us standard size pvc(in inches)instead of. Continuous flood . a continuous flood (or constant flood) aquaponics system has essentially the same design as ebb and flow (flood and drain). however, no timers or siphons are used.. This is a small aquaponics system i built so i could experiment with the concept. if it works out well for me i'd love to build a large version of this system but....
